By using PkDaTa (the "Site"), available at pkdata.gg, you agree to these Terms of Use. The Site is a free set of informational tools for competitive Pokémon VGC players. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the tools and the statistics they display to inform your own team building and play. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, scraping it at a volume that degrades service for others, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Informational Purpose and No Warranty

The statistics, recommendations, and calculations on the Site are informational and are derived from third-party tournament and ladder data. They are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Competitive metagames shift constantly, data samples vary in size, and no tool can guarantee a result in a game. Nothing on the Site is a promise that a given team, partner, move, or spread will win — it is a data-informed starting point for your own judgment.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and its operator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its data, including any tournament or match outcome.

Intellectual Property and Trademarks

PkDaTa is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, Pokémon Showdown, Limitless, or RK9 Labs. "Pokémon" and all related names, characters, and imagery are trademarks of their respective owners and are used on the Site for identification and descriptive purposes only. The Site's own original content, code, and presentation remain the property of its operator.

Third-Party Links and Advertising

The Site displays advertising and may link to external sites it does not control. Advertising helps keep the Site free; how ad data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. The Site is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party advertisers or linked sites.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. When they change, the "Effective date" above will be revised and the updated version posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
